Running nearly 2,000 pages, the encyclopedia has involved the work of almost 1,000 writers, editors, and others (including EAM Board President Michael Maloney), representing expertise in nearly every facet of the region's history, culture and economy. It is being published by the University of Tennessee Press in Knoxville.
